Good morning Susie
It was great to finally meet you yesterday and I would like to thank you and the whole team at HGI Generators for your hospitality and a very useful and worthwhile course.
It was very refreshing to be on a course from a major supplier of generators that wasn’t a glorified sales pitch. I came away knowing a few little tricks I was previously unaware of and I am sure the other guys did as well.On a slightly different note, I was wondering who I would need to speak to with regards to ordering parts please instead of continuously
bothering yourself. I am looking for a few breakers and cable clamp bars.

Hi Susie. Just to put in an email which I hope you will pass on higher!? Rob G your engineer (who has been here a couple of times before) was booked to come out on Thursday 1st March as the genny had been playing up after a service and some new parts.
We never expected him to come as you know we are 1000 foot up in the Peak District! Well with snow blizzards and 25 mile an hour beast of the east
winds who should turn up but "Trooper Rob". Wow what a hero !! Over and above your standard employee, We have 4x4 s and couldn't get out for two days!!! What does he say to us but "don't go out unless you really have to ". but I couldn't leave you without power". What a credit to Harrington's. Can't praise and thank Rob enough!

We have just received the
replacement 7310 deep sea panel, claimed under warranty on Thursday last week. Can I just state, we really
appreciate the quick turnaround from logging the warranty claim and receiving the replacement parts…great customer service.

Good morning Kevin,
I just wanted to say thanks for your help with our generator
over the phone the other day.
We made a few checks as you recommended, re-soldered the
contacts on the solenoid/fuse board and the generator works once again.
Not 100% sure where the problem actually was but we sorted it all the same.
Once again thanks, it is most appreciated.
