HGI secure contract to maintain E.ON generator network

HGI are proud to announce that the Through Life Support (TLS) team has secured a maintenance contract to service, repair, refuel and maintain the generators within “EON Network Control”. The contract covers all aspects of Maintenance for the fleet of 59 generators comprising of both HGI and None HGI units. A number of HGI generators were incorporated into the fleet in the spring/summer of 2009. The sets were designed to work within the strict environmental constraints of each site, to limit life costs and deliver uninterrupted power for the mission critical sites.

This is the second “Blue Chip” customer the HGI TLS team has secured since the new department came into being in early 2010.

Based in Wirksworth, Derbyshire the TLS team employ best working practices and proactive regimes aim to help customers eliminate unplanned costs. Our experience in servicing and repairing all makes of generators will bring a swift conclusion to down time thus eliminating costs.

Whilst spare parts inventory management and remote site monitoring gives customer’s usable analytic data, HGI Customers can benefit from a dedicated on site service response within 4hrs of contact anywhere in the UK, 24 hrs a day. With a fleet of specialist service and refuel vehicles, HGI has access to even the most remote sites. All site personnel have NPPV (Non Police Personnel Vetting), are Arqiva accredited, and demonstrate a vast experience of working on a range of sites throughout the World.
