Harringtons’ Merlin generator has reached a standard by which all small diesels can be judged and no wonder.

The Merlin generator has been a great success for HGI and is now available in 17 variants. A later option, was that of the metal long run tank (see previous news item). This was offered for the large number of customers who wanted to power the unit day after day on site.

Another interesting option is the tankless model.  This has the NATO jerry can fuel system and will in fact run off AVTUR fuel,  so this Merlin will run hour after hour from successive Jerry cans. The photograph shows the Jerry Can version next to a standard Merlin.
